The dry anaerobic system supplied by GBE is from Swizerland Kompogas.

This system has below characateristic:


No need to mix the material in advance, no need to add water to dilute the high TS of the waste, suitable for any high solid content, high viscosity of organic waste.  

High tolerance for the inerts, no need to make strict requirements for pretreatment effect.  

The waste is fed directly in the front section of the tank by screw conveyer. 


Single shaft horizontal plug flow anaerobic reactor, 30kW drive motor power.


High torque agitator can meet the requirements of high TS and impurities and emergency restart.

Special agitator paddle geometry promote the mixture of waste.


Patented "heating lances" heat the waste indirectly to avoid uneven heating of  wall heating.

The increased distance between agitator and wall reduce the wear of heavy impurity on tank body.

The oldest digesters from 1994 are still running. 


There are two sets of plunger pumps in the rear of the anaerobic tank.

One set is a reflux pump. Material will reflux to the front of the tank for inoculation.

The other set is discharge pump. Material will dewatering through 3 stages. The TS of digestate will reach into 30%-35%.

Modular design, easy to install.
